Congratulations to Anmolika Singh, Dallas SWE’s August Member of the Month!
Anmolika Singh is a driven data scientist with a passion for economics, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Data Sciences with a specialization in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, where she honed her skills in a wide range of technologies.
Currently, Anmolika serves as part of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics team at Stanley Black & Decker in Plano, TX, in the Stanley Leadership Program (SLP). In her role she has undertaken various projects that demonstrate her technical expertise. From developing machine learning models for sentiment analysis in ecommerce, automating efficient ways for industrial availability calculation, Anmolika has proven her ability to extract valuable insights from data to drive informed decision-making.
Anmolika’s career growth showcases her adaptability and dedication to continuous learning. During her tenure as a Professional Services Intern at Dell Boomi, she contributed significantly to client-facing projects and developing applications with API integrations.
Beyond her technical achievements, Anmolika is actively involved in supporting women in engineering through her leadership roles. As a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) in Plano, she served on the Outreach and Scholarships Sub-Committee, facilitating scholarships for high school students and volunteered at outreach events to promote women’s participation in STEM fields. Anmolika’s dedication to supporting women extends beyond SWE, as she also plays a pivotal role in the Stanley Leadership Program Committees, leading initiatives that welcome and guide new SLPs and organizing speaker series to foster leadership development.
